vote for her!!!!

Hey Everyone! I know that we have been so MIA lately but I had to pass this along. Our friend Stacey sent us an email about an 83-year-old waitress in VAN WERT who may be featured on the CBS evening news. If ay of you are interested in seeing this story you need to go to their website and vote. Here is the info:

Hey, You all may have heard about this already but CBS
Evening News (Katie Couric) is possibly going to do a
story on an 83 year old waitress at Balyeat's in Van
Wert!!

You can go on their site and vote. here is the
address:

Or, it's at CBS NEWS under "Assignment America"
on the left side. When you get to that page scroll
down to the middle or so and click on the "83-year-old
waitress" to vote.

You're voting between three choices, an adoption
story(boring), a puppy story (yawn) and the waitress
story (HOORAY!!!). The one with the highest votes will
be on next Friday, August 10th at 7:00pm (I think it's
7?)

austin.7 years old today

Happy Birthday to one of the funniest kids I have ever met!!! Austin Dean is a clown - there is not doubt about that. But he is also smart, sweet and generous. He never seizes to amaze us with his endless desire to learn how and why things are they way they are. He is always sizing things up and trying to figure out how they are put together. And if you give this kid a box of Legos plan on not seeing him until it is finished. He is different from any other 7 year old we have ever met and that is why we love Austin so much!!! Have fun at Indian Lake!!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Ed and Amanda - the were married last Friday and the wedding was BEAUTIFUL!! You can check out some of their images on the Photography Blog. Here are a couple from the reception. As you can see Sam Rammel is quite the dancer, especially when Uncle Tom cheers him on:-)

josie.mini photo shoot

We are in the state of North Carolina for some photo shoots and of course had to stop by Chuck and Mel's for some laughs and a little visit with Miss Josie! She just gets cuter and cuter every time that we see her. Her dark hair is starting to turn blond which is just going to be gorgeous with those big blue eyes of hers!! She looks loads like her mom if you ask me but I do think that she has Chuck's ears.

Thanks for the visit guys!! Have a Happy Birthday Mel!! Josie and I had a little photo shoot this morning that we wanted to surprise you with! It was literally 5 shots but I think we got some cute ones - how could we not of with that face though!!

sonia and david.they did, twice!!!

Sticky and I had the pleasure of attending two of our very dear friend's wedding this weekend, Dave and Sonia. Dave was actually in our wedding this past February and this time the tables were turned - Stick in the wedding and Dave up at the alter. The wedding, or I guess I should say weddings, were amazing!! They celebrated an American and Indian wedding, a wonderful way to combine their two cultures! I think the highlight of the day for me was Sticky and the groomsmen dancing in front of Dave, who was riding a horse. Needless to say the men from India looked way cooler than the Ohio boys - LOL!!! We had a WONDERFUL time and met some truly fascinating people! We were not the photographers (Dave wanted us to completely and totally enjoy ourselves and not worry about work - and if you know Dave this should not surprise you) but I did manage to snap a few. And of course we had our point and shoot.
